1. Candy Cane Twist: Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale as you reach your arms up overhead, then exhale as you twist your upper body to the right, bringing your left hand to your right knee and your right arm behind you. Hold for a few breaths, then repeat on the other side.

2. Downward-Facing Reindeer: Begin in a tabletop position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Tuck your toes under and lift your hips up and back, coming into a downward-facing dog pose. Pedal out your feet and wag your tail to loosen up your lower back.

3. Snowflake Warrior: Start in a lunge position with your right foot forward and your left foot back. Inhale as you reach your arms up overhead, then exhale as you open your arms wide to the sides, like a snowflake. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.

These are just a few examples of the playful Elf Yoga poses you can try. Feel free to get creative and make up your own poses inspired by the holiday season. And remember, the most important thing is to have fun and stay present in the moment. Happy Elf Yoga-ing!
